FAQs

What is General Admission seating?

All of our Geelong Comedy Festival shows have unreserved, general admission seating. Which means seats are allocated on a first come, first served basis and you may be seated separately from other members of your party. If you, or anyone in your party, has any accessibility requests please email geelongcomedyfestival@gmail.com so we can advise the venue.

What is your refund policy?

You can securely access self-serve by requesting a unique email link from any of our TicketTailor event listing pages.

You can cancel your tickets and receive a refund up to 7 days prior to the event. The refund will be provided in full to your original payment method.

Why are there transaction fees?

Transaction fees are charged to cover the costs associated with the booking process. A transaction fee of $1.25 applies per ticket.

Are there age restrictions?

Under 18s are permitted at all Geelong Comedy Festival shows, however they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Some shows have age restrictions and content warnings. Please check the age restriction and content warnings for individual shows before purchasing tickets.

Do you have a Babes in Arms Policy?

For most of our shows, children under 2 are free as long as they do not take up a seat, unless specifically stated on the event page. Please be aware our venues do not have cloakrooms for prams.
